12noon Sat 5th October – St Mary’s Organ Recital and Harvest Lunch
Enjoy a programme of music relating to ‘Our Region’ performed by the accomplished Graham Dixon and Graham Powell. With pieces by Frederick Delius and Michael Tippett it concludes with the unique Duet for Organ by Samuel Wesley, who has been called the
‘English Mozart’. The Organists are generously performing free of charge, and we will invite donations to St Mary’s in appreciation of the Recital. Following this from 1pm in the Millennium Hall will be a Harvest Lunch of main & dessert with vegetarian option.
